At The Lake

We were thrilled to be able to join friends at the lake for a week. The girls had a great time searching for shells, making s'mores over the fire, canoeing, flying a kite, playing on the nearby swings, hanging from the bunkbeds, going for walks, swimming at the beach, collecting rocks, and running in circles around the cabin making up weird little songs. It was a wonderful holiday.

Summer Time Fun With Friends

Lilei with Sharon, and Sushan with her daughter Tanys - it's always nice to visit when they come to town.

Another friend had their grandchildren visit for a few days so the girls all went biking one day, then we got together for an afternoon of playing and a bar-be-que (even more wonderful because I didn't have to cook), and on their final day visiting we joined them at a local paddling pool. It was a great visit.

Sushan as the movie star extrodinaire - she loves playing dress up - an almost daily event.

Yes - Lilei with a noodle on her nose and looking a trifle unkept - also an almost daily event.

Potty Training - the concept isn't quite there in July, but it's a fun toy! I can't help but notice how long her hair is getting.

July Holiday

Another wonderful opportunity to be with friends.

Lilei with Kyle - a wonderful young person, very helpful and pleasant to be around. She wanted him to hold her when we went on the horse drawn carriage ride.

Kira and Sushan bouncing in the rubber rooms - they had a blast.

After all the activity we enjoyed Panago pizza - I'd never had it before and it was very good.

Meeting With Friends

Me with my girls - we all look a little tired for some reason. We were fortunate to have a chance to get together with 2 other family units fom our group. It's wonderful seeing how the kids are growing .
